Throughout her personal and professional journey, Ingrid developed a compassionate perspective on relationships, family dynamics, and the emotional challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families.
Before working in counselling, she spent 13 years in the Brazilian judicial system, where she witnessed human, family, and relationship conflicts firsthand. As a mediator, she strengthened her understanding of the impact of deep listening, dialogue, and peaceful conflict resolution.
In Canada, she completed her Master's in Christian Counselling with specialization in Marriage and Family at Canada Christian College, integrating psychotherapy, family dynamics, and Christian counselling in a practical, welcoming, and person-centered approach.
As a wife, mother of three, and immigrant in Canada, she offers a safe and judgment-free space where individuals, couples, and families can find emotional support, clarity, and stronger relationships throughout their journeys.
